Field Service Lead - Electrical

Integra Capital is seeking an experienced Field Service Lead with a strong background in electrical systems to oversee field operations and support service teams. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to manage field technicians, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and support field service technicians in performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving support
Plan, assign, and monitor daily service activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to strengthen team capabilities and performance
Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and customers to resolve service needs and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process, equipment, or training enhancements

Required

5+ years of experience in electrical field service, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, controls, power distribution, and automation equipment
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Requires the ability to work in industrial, manufacturing, and outdoor environments
May require overtime, weekend, or on-call support depending on service demands

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
OSHA or other relevant safety certifications a plus
