Human Resources Compliance Manager
Optimize Search Group is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Manager to manage HR compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The role involves developing compliance strategies, leading affirmative action planning, and overseeing vendor relationships while maintaining compliance with personnel records.

Responsibilities
Manage HR compliance programs and procedures in accordance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements, including FMCSA, PHMSA, DOL, HHS, OSHA, and USCIS
Ensure HR policies and guidelines remain current, relevant, and compliant while supporting overall business objectives; develop and present regulatory compliance strategies aligned with laws, regulations, ordinances, and codes
Lead Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) efforts, including strategy development and execution of action plans; partner with Division HR to identify focus areas and influence outcomes
Oversee administration of the drug and alcohol testing program, serving as the Designated Employer Representative and primary point of contact for State Utility Commissions, PHMSA, and FMCSA during audits
Maintain compliance for accessing, reviewing, and auditing personnel files and sensitive records, including adherence to Privacy Act requirements and secure, separate storage of medical records
Oversee vendor relationships in alignment with contracts, company policies, and guidelines; identify and address vendor performance gaps in a timely manner
Select, develop, motivate, and evaluate employees; provide coaching and feedback to address performance issues and create efficient, sustainable, and well-documented processes
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of six years of experience in HR compliance, employment law, and affirmative action programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
