Partner closely with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that support company growth and organizational evolution

Lead culture-related initiatives to enhance cross-regional collaboration and cultivate a high-performance, inclusive atmosphere

Drive recruitment for key positions and build a compelling employer brand

Establish and optimize compliant, scalable HR policies, processes, and systems, drawing on best practices from high-growth startups

Design and implement frameworks for performance evaluation, compensation planning, employee development, and retention

Required

Deep expertise in the recruitment and retention of talent for critical roles

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
