Chief Marketing Officer
DaBella is on a mission to become the largest privately held home improvement company in the country. The Chief Marketing Officer will lead all marketing and call center operations, drive lead generation strategies, and inspire a results-driven team.

Responsibilities
Own the engine. Lead all marketing and call center operations that power DaBella’s growth — from outbound dialer systems like Five9 and Convoso to digital, brand, and performance channels
Drive leads at scale. Deliver omni-channel strategies that generate high-quality leads at the lowest cost per lead in the industry
Build smarter systems. Leverage cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to track, automate, and optimize every campaign
Lead through impact. Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Chief Market Development Officer to align strategy, spend, and speed across the organization
Inspire the team. Build and lead a marketing and call center organization that thrives under pressure, delivers results, and lives our values: Lead, Care, Grow
Qualification
Required
Experience leading call centers or performance marketing teams at scale
Familiarity with dialer systems (Five9, Convoso), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and cloud-based data systems (AWS, Snowflake, or Google Cloud)
Data-driven mindset with proven experience in optimizing lead generation cost, volume, and quality
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Master's preferred
Home improvement, home services, or residential retail experience = huge plus
