Responsibilities
Build and support automation solutions using Blue Prism
Provide production support by solving Incidents/Problems and participate in continuous improvement efforts
Use .NET or other development languages to build new automation capabilities
Deliver maintenance and enhancements for existing automation solutions
Adhere to coding standards / procedures and participate in code reviews
Ensure that all solution development is aligned to architectural standards throughout the Agile development process
Assist Tester in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the test plan
Apply software development knowledge to the current IT environment
Create a technical specification and product design from published requirements
Demonstrate a proficiency in technology in use to code/configure quality solutions that require limited rework and meet business / end-user needs by adhering to best practices
Qualification
Required
Professional work experience in Technology or related field
Direct experience in software development using languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python
Familiarity with automation platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA tools
Experience collaborating with multiple teams through the entire software development lifecycle
This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
Travel up to 15% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 3+ years of Technology related experience
Knowledge in AWS environments
Knowledge with AI/ML technologies
Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitLab
