Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of robotic process automation solutions for financial processes

Assist in identifying automation potential within client environments to improve efficiency and compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process automation across financial systems

Support the creation of scalable automation prototypes using low-code platforms

Assist in reviewing automation deliverables to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients

Contribute to embedding financial management standards into automated solutions

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or field directly related to the position

One (1) year of experience with Federal financial management

Basic understanding of low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or UiPath

Familiarity with data and AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, AWS, Palantir)

Understanding of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization

Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
