Minimum of 5 years of experience in design of HVAC systems, calculations & life safety
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC Design local and international codes & standards, Equipment selection, Duct sizing, Pipe sizing
Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including HAP software, CAD tools, Microsoft office, Revit in design
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
Ability to work well under pressure and assess workload to establish priorities
