Assist residential clients with daily needs, as requested
Answer crisis calls and help callers connect to necessary services
Complete initial intakes and orient new clients to the shelter
Assist clients when exiting the shelter
Assist with record keeping and data entry
Qualification
Required
A heart for service and a commitment to trauma-informed care
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
One (1) year of customer service experience
Prior experience working with a diverse population
Preferred
Experience working with domestic violence survivors is a plus but not required
