Bus Program Manager
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Bus IPT Program Manager responsible for the technical, cost, and schedule management of a cross-functional team delivering the bus portion of the MUOS satellite constellation. The role involves providing technical direction, overseeing bus architecture, and ensuring performance requirements are met while coordinating with various teams to deliver high-capacity communications for warfighters.

Responsibilities
Responsible for technical, cost and schedule of a cross functional aligned team responsible for delivering the bus portion of the Phase 2 The MUOS SLE IPT
Provide authoritative technical and programmatic direction for all bus related engineering activities
Overseeing Bus architecture, development, management, common product integration, and vehicle integration
Ensure that performance requirements for the Bus development are met on schedule and within cost constraints
Ensure rapid resolution of cross‑team internally and externally to ensure seamless coordination with all partners
Act as a Program focal point for his/her discipline
Drive technical and program decisions
Keep the team aligned with the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), Earned Value Management (EVM) and the contract’s Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) requirements
Qualification
Required
Ability to influence cross functional teams, resolve conflicts, and present technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
Strong knowledge with Earned Value Management, Program Baseline Reviews (IBR/EDR/FDR), and general understanding of DFARS/ FAR contract clause/provisions
Proficiency with MBSE tools (i.e. Cameo, DOORS), system architecture modeling, and configuration management processes
