Selfreliance Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Universal Member Service Representative in our Minnetonka branch. In this role, you will be the face of our credit union, assisting members with financial products and services, and helping them find solutions that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities

Continually identify our Members' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services

Open and service all consumer and business accounts

Assist members with a wide range of financial transactions, including teller transactions, member service issues, account maintenance, wire transfers, consumer loans, credit and debit card services, and other operational duties assigned by the Branch Manager

Required

Previous customer service and sales experience (banking experience strongly preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in both English and Ukrainian

Proficiency in Data Processing Platforms and Microsoft Office
