Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior across wallet and exchange flows
Identify behavioral patterns related to risk, hesitation and poor decisions
Interpret AI-generated behavioral insights and validate their usefulness
Detect early warning signs of user confusion or risky behavior
Translate behavioral intelligence into product recommendations
Support product teams with clear, behavior-driven insights
Help define how AI guidance is presented to users in sensitive moments
Qualification
Required
Experience in behavioral analysis, analytics or user intelligence roles
Strong understanding of crypto products, wallets and user decision flows
Hands-on experience working with AI-powered analytics or insight tools
Ability to interpret complex behavioral data and extract clear insights
Strong written communication skills in English
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Preferred
Background in fintech, crypto or trading platforms is a strong plus
