Responsibilities

Manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites

Responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards

Collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest standards of learning and development

Collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements

Responsible for local operations cost margins

In collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff, set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down
