Responsibilities
Manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites
Responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards
Collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest standards of learning and development
Collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements
Responsible for local operations cost margins
Set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down in collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff
Drive supply chain agility for our operations
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience developing and growing high-performing teams in a rapidly changing environment
Passionate about driving productivity through digital transformation, continuous improvements, cost efficiencies, and delivering world-class quality to customers
Strategic leader who thrives in a diverse workplace and embraces a culture of diversity
