Responsibilities
Safely operates equipment to load, unload, and move boats, parts, and equipment within the facility
Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
Communicate with team members and management to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion
Help maintain the store lot clean and organized as instructed by management
Report any damage or concerns about boats or equipment to management
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations
Stay updated on all safety regulations, equipment training, and equipment operating certifications
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
Equipment operator certification (forklift, crane, etc.)
Excellent communications skills with the ability to work in a team environment
Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to equipment operation
