Required
High school or equivalent education required
Minimum three years' experience in a hotel/resort environment or similar facility required
Emphasis in customer service
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Must possess moderate computer skills
Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions
Knowledge of Resort operations
Must maintain positive, effective relationships with residents at all times
Excellent telephone etiquette
Exceptional guest recovery skills
Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Technical degree or certifications preferred
