Responsibilities
Lead the design of end-to-end solutions, translating complex business requirements into detailed technical architectures and implementation plans
Utilize deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud components, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Target
Design and oversee the integration of Adobe solutions with external enterprise systems like CRMs, data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), identity providers, and other third-party platforms via APIs and data pipelines
Act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, leading workshops, presentations, and technical discovery sessions to define requirements and project scope
Continuously monitor the performance of cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations for cost-efficiency, scalability, and high availability
Define and enforce governance standards, implement robust security measures (e.g., identity management, encryption, firewalls), and ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills to diagnose complex challenges and design effective solutions
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-focused narratives for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and non-technical teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional development, engineering, and data teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card holders)
Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products
Familiarity with core cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Strong background in software engineering
Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong understanding of networking principles
Knowledge of cloud security and DevOps practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Adobe Cloud Manager or Jenkins
Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud components, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Target
Experience in designing and overseeing the integration of Adobe solutions with external enterprise systems
