Responsibilities

Assist students and instructors by operating classroom equipment that is essential to the delivery of telecommunication classes
Assist with special events as needed
Distribute and collect classroom materials, proctor exams and quizzes, and maintain a proper, quiet, and clean learning environment
Act as a liaison between students, University Instructors, and University Administrators
Assist with reception, testing services, and assist the USU-Kaysville staff with various projects
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Zoom technologyBasic computer knowledgeDependabilityIntegrityEffective communication

Required

Requires a basic knowledge of computers
Willingness to learn simple technology skills
Must be extremely dependable, maintain confidentiality of student information, and always work with integrity
Be able to communicate effectively face-to-face, over the telephone, on IVC equipment, and via electronic communication tools
