Enterprise Account Manager, Spectrum Business
Spectrum is a provider of modern enterprise technology solutions for some of the country’s biggest brands. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will build relationships with clients, upsell services, and manage accounts strategically to foster growth.

Responsibilities
Build B2B relationships and upsell services to existing clients while earning back former clients
Outline beneficial combinations of technology products to meet client needs
Partner with current and former clients to connect them with beneficial combinations of solutions
Use consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management while working a strategic sales
Complete a 10-week paid sales training
Consult with former clients to cultivate new opportunities and develop product solutions
Develop long-term client relationships to support renewal and upsell opportunities
Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers to close deals
Identify target markets, industries and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis
Request a site survey to determine serviceability
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions and fiber connected networks
Relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills
Quick learner with the ability to manage change and shifting priorities
Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license
Preferred
Four or more years of B2B sales experience selling telecommunications products
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Familiar with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
