Responsibilities
Partner with the President & CEO to define, prioritize, and execute strategic and tactical initiatives aligned with company goals
Translate corporate strategy and tactical plans into actionable plans, milestones, and success metrics
Lead complex, cross-functional projects that span product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations
Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; proactively drive solutions
Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions
Evaluate new growth opportunities, including product expansion, partnerships, and adjacent markets
Support business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis
Serve as a central point of coordination for executive-level initiatives as selected by the President & CEO
Facilitate executive and board-level discussions, including preparation of presentations and materials
Influence without authority to align leaders and teams around shared priorities
Establish governance, cadence, and reporting for strategic initiatives
Track progress against KPIs and communicate outcomes to the CEO and leadership team
Drive continuous improvement in planning, execution, and decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or general management roles
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or a related regulated industry
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision making
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
Experience working directly with C-suite executives or boards
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and provider workflows
Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology companies
