Follow up with warm leads
Manage your calendar & pipeline
Maintain professional communication and integrity
Attend weekly team training
Work toward licensing (if not already licensed)
Qualification
Required
Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain — we guide you)
Strong work ethic and personal drive
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow a proven system
Comfort with phone sales + basic technology
Ability to set & follow through on scheduled appointments
High school diploma or equivalent
