The role involves helping life sciences clients transform their engagement strategies with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders, leading initiatives from strategy development to MarTech implementation.

Responsibilities

Consult clients on designing and digitalizing customer service operations, with a focus on creating seamless omnichannel engagement for HCPs, patients, and other key stakeholders
Lead cross-functional project teams, managing end-to-end delivery from strategy to execution, including business analysts, developers, and external partners
Analyze customer journeys and digital touchpoints to develop tailored engagement strategies that drive measurable impact
Assess and optimize existing business processes, guiding solution design and implementation aligned with industry best practices
Oversee the deployment of new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements
Manage complex projects across national and international life sciences organizations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfactions
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously integrating emerging technologies and innovations into client solutions

Required

5+ years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, or medical affairs within the Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech industries
Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement strategies, customer service operations, and digital touchpoints across HCP, patient, and stakeholder journeys
Proven success in leading the design and implementation of customer-centric, data-driven engagement strategies
Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, content management systems) and their integration into enterprise ecosystems
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable digital solutions
Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital engagement in life sciences
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Agile mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for innovation in customer engagement
