Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain databases and applications supporting critical systems

Ensure database and application performance, security, and reliability through ongoing monitoring and maintenance

Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and support troubleshooting efforts

Support program maintenance and updates for ITMS and VTP (Vehicle Tracking Portal)

Monitor and manage data related to the vehicle location management system

Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance practices

Maintain accurate tracking records for vehicle locations

Data Integrity Checking

Monitor device performance and coordinate timely maintenance and repairs

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in web and mobile applications

Leverage expertise in Java programming and database management to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

Gather user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications

Collaborate with system development teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs

Coordinate with external vendors on maintenance tasks

Submit repair requests and ensure timely resolution of issues without engaging in contract negotiations

Continuously evaluate and enhance technical processes to boost system efficiency and user satisfaction

Implement best practices for application performance tuning and debugging

Required

DB Programming Experience (PL/SQL or T-SQL)

Java, .NET, C#, Javascript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, DOM, Git/SVN

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Java and Java EE

Excellent business analysis, test planning, activity planning skills

Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies

Good written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes

Bachelor's Degree

6 - 9 years of direct experience in Information Technology

1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience

1 Year of Indirect Experience

Preferred

Have a good understanding and extensive knowledge of Logistics industry concepts

Familiarity with Network and GPS communication technologies

7 - 11 years of direct experience in Information Technology

4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience

3 Years of Indirect Experience
