Responsibilities

Participate in high-speed PCB design and verification, including electromagnetic simulation, post-layout analysis, and frequency domain tools (Keysight, HyperLynx)
Perform and proceduralize S-parameter and time-domain lab measurements (TDR, eye diagrams) as part of a team
Work with design teams using schematic capture and layout tools (e.g., Siemens Xpedition) to assist in analog and digital circuit design, component selection, and PCB layout, focusing on signal and power integrity
Support debugging and verification of PCB assemblies using lab equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supply)
Contribute to design documents, test plans, lab reports, and requirements specifications
Apply basic programming or scripting (Python preferred) for design automation and data analysis
Document, control, and manage engineering changes for PCB designs, assist with prototype qualification, deployment, and issue resolution under senior engineer guidance

Required

BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Familiarity with lab equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, power supply, and electronic load instruments
Experience or familiarity with PCB schematic capture and layout tools (e.g., Siemens Xpedition, Cadence OrCAD, KiCad)
Exposure to VNAs and/or TDRs

Preferred

Familiarity with 3D Field Solvers is a plus
An intermediate understanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts
Introductory experience with scripting languages (Python preferred)
A motivation to learn advanced high-speed simulation and measurement techniques
