Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, career counseling, or team leadership
Ability to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis and travel up to 25% as needed
Unrestricted work authorization (no future sponsorship required)
Preferred
Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment
Demonstrated success in cold-calling and generating your own leads
3+ years of sales experience, particularly in consultative and relationship-driven roles
Proven ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
Background or interest in banking, financial services, professional services, or software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
