Responsibilities

Documenting the Customer Journey, with recommendations on how to overcome pain points, or highlight achievements, with considerations for the customers interactions with the Product, Digital touchpoints (office hours, webinars, self-service content etc.) and our CSM organization

Maximize the customer lifetime value by delivering solution area expertise to customer champions based on deep understanding of the key inflection points and milestones across the customer journey

Provide recommendations to consistently mature our best practice approach, for our Digital customers, to the global team

Provide key recommendations on how, and what, our customers need to ensure success in using our solutions

Qualification

Analytics backgroundB2B SaaSProject/program managementCommunicatorInterest in Customer Success

Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field. Graduating Seniors/2nd Year Masters highly desirable

Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program

Strong communicator

Strong analytics background

Knowledge of a B2B SaaS organization

Interest in learning about a modern Customer Success team

Experience with project/program management and governance skills
