Responsibilities

Manage key financial reporting areas within Corporate Accounting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of global cash transactions

Manage and support the US GAAP close process for global cash accounting, including preparation, review, and approval of journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis

Act as a hands-on contributor, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely and accurate close

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes for month-end and quarter-end close, leveraging automation and best practices to support business growth

Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to offshore teams in Poland and Costa Rica, including managing escalations, reviewing cash transaction postings, and fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement

Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements, supporting statutory compliance teams, Internal Audit, and External Audit throughout the year

Partner with Treasury, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes impacting cash, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives

Proactively identifies problematic areas and determines the root cause
