Maintaining accurate financial records through hands-on bookkeeping and transactional support
Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
Processing invoices and issuing payments in a timely manner
Monitoring incoming receivables to ensure balances remain current
Resolving discrepancies with vendors professionally and efficiently
Recording purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
Maintaining accurate accounting files and documentation
Identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial analysis
Reviewing financial data and preparing summaries or reports
Addressing accounting-related inquiries from clients and stakeholders
Ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time
Balancing independence with collaboration to meet deadlines
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
Proficiency with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
