Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence
Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services
Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients
Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow-up
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth goals
Qualification
Required
Valid U.S. work authorization required
Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Willingness to reside in or near the Phoenix, AZ area
A proactive, self-driven approach to business development and sales success
Preferred
Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred
Previous cold-calling experience is preferred
