This role supports the month-end close process, account reconciliations, and assists with audits and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely completion
Review and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Support financial audits and compliance initiatives
Assist with capital expenditure tracking and cost reporting
Partner with operations to understand production inefficiencies and reflect these in cost structures
Participate in process improvement initiatives and support training on revised procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Preferred
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or cost accounting (manufacturing or pharma experience preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP preferred)
