Responsibilities

Strong systems design, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Experience building distributed systems or high-performance backend services

Proven experience building media pipelines with GStreamer

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, drive consensus on architectural decisions, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers

Deep, production-level experience with Python & Rust and their concurrency models (tokio, threading, multiprocessing)

Proven track record of designing and building scalable, distributed services in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration concepts

Thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a high sense of ownership, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity

Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience

Python Expertise: You have deep, production-level experience with Python & Rust and their concurrency models (tokio, threading, multiprocessing)

System Design: Proven track record of designing and building scalable, distributed services in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Containerization: Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration concepts

Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a high sense of ownership, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
