Responsibilities

Manage internal communication strategies for Product Risk & Compliance

Plan for major initiatives and program rollouts, managing organizational changes, and handling critical issues

Develop messaging on a range of topics, including organizational strategy, product launches, and milestones

Advise on methods for delivering messages to the organization in order to achieve announcement objectives

Lead on all internal communications infrastructure and activities, including posts, videos, Q&As, and All Hands

Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, consulting on communications best practices and change management

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations, etc.)

Implement measurement and analysis strategies to guide communications best practices and demonstrate impact
