Responsibilities

Become an integral part of Instagram and Threads’ strategy and planning processes
Act as a trusted Finance partner for Product, Engineering, and cross-functional Tech leaders
Lead a series of resourcing, , and investment processes to help Instagram and Threads most effectively deploy resources directly with leadership teams
Own day-to-day operational budget management
Champion data-driven viewpoints across Instagram, Threads, and Meta Finance leadership
Collaborate with horizontal FP&A teams to improve and operationalize processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Required

7+ years of experience in finance / strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related professional experience managing strategic investments and strategy
Demonstrated leadership across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
Biased to action, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
Experience directly supporting leadership teams in a hyper-scaling environment
Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools, data analytics platforms, and forecasting technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R), ideally with a track record of developing solutions yourself
