Responsibilities
Source Engineering, EDA, Enterprise IT and other relevant Software
Deliver hands-on sourcing services to the business including Supply market analysis, RFx execution, commercial negotiations, contract reviews, executive presentations and other sourcing-related activities
Exhibit strong financial analysis and TCO modeling skills
Lead Global Software category sourcing strategy initiatives
Serve as a trusted partner to our business partners in Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, and Legal
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience); MBA degree is a plus
8+ years of overall professional business experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Experience sourcing Software category in a fast-paced enterprise hi-tech environment
Hands-on sourcing experience in a small team environment, with strong negotiation skills
Experience working at a global scale
Strong Software category expertise with a record of execution excellence
Demonstrated ability to adapt to frequently changing business needs
Strong collaboration skills across organizational boundaries
Preferred
Sourcing experience in a major Technology or Semiconductor company
Experience working with major global Software publishers
Background with sourcing EDA and Engineering Software
Strong presentation skills—both oral and written
Experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing and DocuSign CLM
