Responsibilities
Build, launch, and scale community programs, platform strategies, and content campaigns for a new, unreleased game with a focus on blending IRL and online participation
Develop incentive systems, content creation pipelines, and engagement frameworks that support and encourage participants from grassroots to top-tier creators
Partner with the game team to advise on features and systems that strengthen social connectivity, share-ability, and community growth
Identify emerging platforms, participation formats, and creator ecosystems, then translate those insights into community strategy
Build and maintain feedback loops that surface player insights and represent the community in cross-functional discussions
Stand up early community operations: processes, toolkits, and workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience working in and managing online communities - including social media, community management, digital marketing, or influencer strategies
Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, emerging formats, online community organization, and creator behavior
Experience taking community or creator initiatives from zero to one
Experience serving and uniting a global playerbase through content and engagement
Experience building structured feedback loops for players and influencers alike
Experience working on multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams (both publishing and development)
