Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the operations and execution of SAP System projects. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within scope and budget
Supervise and mentor the SAP system administration team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Drive performance and skill development within the SAP basis team
Monitor and report on the performance of SAP Applications and systems. Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives
Provide technical oversight to ensure the effective design and implementation of SAP systems. Collaborate with the team on system refresh, Disaster Recovery Exercise, high availability, system upgrades and updates, HANA upgrade and SAP Kernel Updates
Contribute to the design and execution of the overall SAP ECC and S/4 application Implementation strategy. Align development initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices
Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies. Knowledgeable in testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA, qTest. Knowledgeable in SAP Job scheduling using BMC Control-M, BTP Job scheduler. Ensure the delivery of system solutions that meet high standards of quality and reliability
Manage development resources, including staffing, training, and resource allocation. Contribute to budget planning for system administration projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree: Software Engineering, Business Administration, or other Engineering related fields
People and team management Professional
4-7 Years of experience preferred
Proven experience in system administration, with a focus on team leadership and project management
Strong technical skills in software administration and architecture
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
