Responsibilities
As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of labor and employment experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, administrative charges, policy review, investigations and counseling
A collegial, cooperative approach and enjoy working with experienced lawyers, sharing ideas, resources and best practices
Excellent academic credentials
Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be admitted to the North Carolina bar
