The Field Services Technician I is responsible for the clean-up and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, operating various equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Handling, packaging and transportation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials
Use of hydro blast equipment, forklift, skid loader and specialty vacuum equipment and/or other equipment as needed
Completion of critical path documentation; manifests, driver logs, job summary, permits, etc
Communicate with Project Manager and on-site customers
Daily work in confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools hand tools and/or other tools as needed

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Effectively work in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass a respirator fit test
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnight travel
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook and NetSuite

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
Possess 40 HR HAZWOP certification
