The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and training related to Hydromat machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Set up legacy Hydromat rotary transfer machines according to job specifications and engineering drawings
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Monitor machine and line performance to ensure quality and consistency
Work with operators to increase product and machine knowledge
Perform routine maintenance on Hydromat machines to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
Replace or repair machine parts as needed
Installs, replaces, or changes machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production output
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualification
Required
Experience with Hydromat machines in a manufacturing environment
Able to train lesser experienced operators through a training program
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Communication, Organizing, and leadership skills is a must
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Technical training or certification in machining or a related field
