REV Sports- Partnership Sales Manager

Texas Rangers Baseball Club is seeking a REV Sports- Partnership Sales Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and selling integrated partnership programs and generating new business revenue through partnerships with various companies.

Responsibilities

Prospect potential partners to establish new business revenue for REV owned events and properties
Develop mutually beneficial partnership proposals based on potential sponsors’ marketing and advertising objectives
Effectively present proposals to partners and potential partners
Work closely with the Client Service and Operations team to serve as liaison between partners and internal departments of the company to fulfill contractual obligations
Coordinate with the Activation team in regard to fulfillment and execution of partnerships
Maintain an active schedule of sponsorship prospect appointments and meetings focused on selling REV owned events and properties with partnership opportunities
Collaborate and entertain current and prospective partners at Texas Rangers games as well as REV events
Other duties as assigned

Required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in a field of general business or marketing studies, sports management program
3-5 years sports and/or entertainment sales experience
Proven track record in selling team or property assets
Significant experience creating, selling and negotiating sponsorship packages preferred
Proven negotiation and closing skills
Must be an aggressive, self-motivated team player that has the ability to focus on individual and team revenue goals
Broad knowledge and experience in sports marketing, media, promotion, hospitality and partnership sales
Proficient in MS Office suite of products, Prime Lingo
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to C-level executives
Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic and a desire and willingness to learn
Must have superb attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
