Bariendo is seeking a fractional Data / Product Analytics Engineer to enhance their internal operations and product insights. This role involves designing dashboards, integrating data sources, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve data reliability and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and build new Retool dashboards to streamline internal operations across our EHR, payment systems, and other internal databases
Connect additional data sources (e.g., payments, marketing tools) into our product analytics stack, including PostHog
Create and maintain dashboards in PostHog to better understand product usage, patient behavior, and marketing performance
Partner closely with product and operations to define metrics, answer ad-hoc questions, and improve data reliability over time

Qualification

Required

3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, business systems, data analytics, or data-focused operations
Strong fluency in SQL and at least one scripting or automation language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Comfortable integrating APIs and working across disparate data sources (e.g., Stripe, marketing automation tools, Google Sheets)
Proven ability to design scalable dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that non-technical teams can actually use

Preferred

Familiarity with Retool is a strong plus
