Venture Search is partnered with a Tier 1 Placement Agent, who are looking for a Project Management Analyst to join their team in NYC. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing fundraising materials, and communicating with investors to enhance marketing strategies based on feedback.

Responsibilities

Developing marketing strategies, preparing fundraising and due diligence materials, managing virtual data rooms

Working with sales team to identify potential LPs

Responding to investor requests and internal/external reporting

Regular communication with GPs to prepare and update marketing strategies and continuously review investor feedback

Researching, tracking and mapping the PE, infrastructure and private credit markets

Qualification

Required

1.5 - 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably the groups mentioned above. Candidates with experience from a Placement Agent will also be considered

Active Series 7 & 63 licenses

Understanding of Private Markets, particularly PE

Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Excellent written and verbal English

Team player
