Responsibilities

Build and lead a centralized Vendor Management Office (VMO) to unify sourcing and vendor oversight
Create and enforce policies for vendor selection, contracting, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation
Lead strategic sourcing efforts (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and manage contract lifecycle in partnership with legal, finance, and IT
Implement tools and processes to monitor vendor KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards; drive continuous improvement and innovation
Oversee vendor budgets, forecast spend, and identify cost-saving opportunities aligned with service expectations
Recruit and develop a high-performing vendor management team; foster a culture of transparency and accountability

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex vendor ecosystems

Preferred

Certifications such as CPSM, CTPRP, or COP are a plus
