Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the aerospace domain
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive results
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business expansion and enhance market presence
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management to track progress and make informed decisions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish thought leadership in the aerospace sector
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering services sales leadership roles within the aerospace industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment
Deep understanding of aerospace products, services, technologies, and customer needs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business objectives
