Project Manager, GBPS

Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of complex industrial projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contracts, and internal standards
Deliver projects that meet or exceed safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance targets
Implement robust scope and change control processes to manage deviations and mitigate risks
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Provide oversight and support during the warranty phase to ensure timely issue resolution
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related discipline)
Minimum of 12 years of experience managing complex greenfield and brownfield equipment delivery projects
At least 5 years of experience in bulk material handling systems within mining or mineral processing
In-depth knowledge of apron feeders, conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, and port handling systems
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems, MS Project, and other project management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership and collaboration skills; experience in international and cross-cultural environments is a plus
