Service BDC Consultant
Kenosha Toyota is seeking an experienced Service BDC Consultant to join their high-energy Service Business Development Center team. The role involves creating and managing service appointments, handling customer calls, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while collaborating with Service Managers and Advisors.

Create, schedule, and confirm service appointments
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to drive business
Follow up with prospective and existing service customers
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
Work closely with Service Managers and Service Advisors to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
Previous role with strong customer service experience required
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Prompt, professional, and courteous communication style
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred
Service department experience is a plus
