Responsibilities

Provide programme support to strategic campaigns and customer challenges, helping to shape our offer
Provide project management support to existing and future contracts
Maintain resource forecasts in line with demand signals
Report programme progress across the business
Develop and maintain communication plans across the wider team to ensure alignment on programme goals
Provide impact analysis to support decision making at programme meetings

Required

UK Nationals Only (No Dual Nationals) and able to be security cleared to a UK Eyes Only SC level
Project management qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, etc.) or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
