Responsibilities

Identifies and translates complex data analytics concepts, findings, and limitations into concise, written and graphical data analysis in order to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations
Researches and designs presentations and interpretations of analytical outputs tailored to specific audiences
Analyzes new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on program operations and management
Provides technical advice in the collecting, analyzing, interpreting and communicating insights from data
Performs analyses to identify effective administrative processes and those that are ineffective across bureau and/or Department lines

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required
Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position
Experience developing data-driven solutions to address program challenges
Experience identifying and translating data analytics concepts, findings, and limitations into written and graphical data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations
Experience assessing project risk through continuous monitoring and communication with contractors, leadership, and customers stakeholders
Applicants must meet time-in-grade and time after competitive appointment requirements, by the closing date of this announcement
Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F
