Promote additional services when appropriate (upselling ethically)
Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI scores
Handle payments, warranties, and service documentation
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service
Strong customer service and sales skills
Basic automotive knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must complete and pass drug screening and background check
