Technical Lead
Module X Solutions LLC is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing business serving corporate and government customers in various sectors. The Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical expertise, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and company procedures.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary resource for team members; provide troubleshooting support, guidance, and mentorship
Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals
Assist in training and onboarding new employees; reinforce skill development across the team
Communication needs to supervisors
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work area (5S practices encouraged)
Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams regarding workflow, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Identify and escalate equipment issues, process inefficiencies, or personnel concerns to management
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within the relevant department
Advanced understanding of department-specific tools, materials, and processes
Qualification
