Responsibilities
Develop test plans and test cases based on product and technical requirements
Collaborate with product managers and customer success teams to understand user workflows and ensure solutions meet real-world needs
Help troubleshoot and reproduce issues from internal testing and customer reports, providing clear documentation for engineering resolution
Participate in agile development cycles to verify stories and features during sprints
Run regression tests before releases to ensure overall system stability
Identify edge cases and usability concerns through manual exploratory testing
Log, prioritize, and track defects using tools like JIRA, collaborating with developers for quick resolution
Contribute to refining testing tools, practices, and workflows as the team scales
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the health tech or software industry
Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
Preferred
Experience with AI and machine learning applications
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
